We seek opportunities for equity stakes of up to 50% in private companies.  We are not seeking to run companies ourselves, but rather supporting strong management teams of businesses that have a good reputation among its customers and competitors.

Where synergies exist with our other portfolio companies, we will consider 100% buyouts.

We follow a disciplined investing strategy, and avoid taking unnecessary risks.
